Responsibilities
- Execute flawless espresso extraction and milk-steaming techniques for specialty beverages
- Train and mentor junior baristas on coffee preparation and customer engagement
- Curate daily coffee tastings and educate customers on origin profiles
- Manage inventory of premium beans and sustainable supplies
- Develop innovative seasonal menu items using local ingredients
- Uphold rigorous cleanliness and safety standards in the café environment
- Collaborate with roasters to develop exclusive house blends
Qualifications
- 3+ years specialty coffee experience with advanced latte art certification
- Deep knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, and brewing science
