Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages following Brew Haven's recipes and standards
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems efficiently
- Provide friendly, personalized customer service and build regular customer relationships
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, equipment, and customer areas
- Assist with daily inventory management and restocking supplies
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations
- Learn and promote seasonal specials and loyalty programs
Qualifications
- No prior coffee experience required – we train you!
- Positive attitude and exceptional customer service mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
