Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including espresso drinks, tea, and pastries.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including coffee preparation areas and dining areas.
- Interact with customers with a smile, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems and process payments.
- Perform cash handling duties and reconcile daily sales.
- Follow health and safety guidelines strictly.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and latte art is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
