Responsibilities

- Manage online orders and virtual consultations via our digital platform

Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional barista experience
- Proficiency in espresso machines and brewing techniques
- Exceptional digital communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Knowledge of specialty coffee origins and brewing methods
- Comfortable with remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, POS systems)
