Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee drinks, espresso, and specialty beverages
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, equipment, and seating areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- No prior barista experience required – we train all new hires
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Basic math skills for handling transactions
