Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee drinks with precision and artistry
- Engage warmly with customers, learn preferences, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain spotless cleanliness of all equipment, counters, and customer areas
- Operate POS systems efficiently and process cash/card transactions
- Support inventory management and restocking of coffee, pastries, and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth peak-hour operations
- Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols
Qualifications
- 6+ months of professional barista or customer service experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso extraction and milk steaming techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak hours
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Passion for specialty coffee and willingness to learn new techniques
