Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using premium beans and precise techniques
- Provide exceptional customer service with personalized recommendations and warm hospitality
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and POS systems with efficiency and care
- Maintain pristine café cleanliness including sanitizing equipment and organizing displays
- Collaborate with team members during peak hours to ensure seamless operations
- Engage with customers to build loyalty and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Support inventory management by tracking supplies and assisting with restocking
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months experience in specialty coffee preparation preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods, bean varieties, and flavor profiles
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment during peak times
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
