Responsibilities
- Expertly prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages while maintaining quality standards
- Engage warmly with customers, memorizing preferences and building lasting relationships
- Operate POS systems efficiently and accurately process transactions
- Maintain spotless cleanliness across all coffee stations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team to optimize inventory and minimize waste
- Contribute innovative ideas for seasonal menu offerings and promotions
- Adhere to all food safety protocols and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Previous barista experience preferred but not required – we train passionate newcomers!
- Availability for flexible shifts including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Exceptional communication skills and genuine customer service enthusiasm
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic math skills for handling cash and operating POS systems
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Fresno location
- Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- 18 years of age or older
