Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Administer basic care (hydration, waste cleanup) and monitor pet health
- Maintain detailed service logs and client communication records
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Build strong relationships with clients and their pets
- Manage scheduling through our mobile app with GPS tracking
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking or pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication skills and tech-savvy
- Ability to handle medium to large dogs (up to 80 lbs)
- Passionate about animal welfare and customer service
- Must pass background check and drug screening
