Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash handling techniques
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet owners during walks
- Administer basic care (water breaks, waste cleanup, first aid) as needed
- Maintain detailed activity logs for each pet's health and behavior
- Adhere to strict safety protocols during all outdoor activities
- Build trust-based relationships with pets and their owners
- Transport pets in company vehicles for vet visits or grooming appointments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog walking/pet care experience
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable transportation and smartphone with data plan
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and walk 5+ miles daily
- Certification in Pet First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Availability weekdays and weekends between 7 AM - 7 PM
- Knowledge of dog behavior and breed-specific handling
