Responsibilities
- Safely walk multiple dogs simultaneously using proper leash techniques
- Provide real-time photo/video updates to pet parents during walks
- Administer basic care (fresh water, waste cleanup, treats as instructed)
- Maintain accurate walk logs and client communication records
- Adapt schedules to accommodate client needs and weather conditions
- Attend monthly training sessions on best practices and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional dog handling experience
- Reliable transportation and smartphone for GPS/photo updates
- Current CPR/First Aid certification for pets (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability on weekends and holidays (flexible hours required)
- Strong understanding of canine body language and behavior
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Background check clearance required
