Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee beverages using precise brewing techniques
- Operate espresso machines and maintain consistent quality standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships
- Manage cash register transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Support inventory management and restock supplies efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness of all workstations and customer areas
- Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional coffee preparation experience
- Expert knowledge of espresso brewing and latte art techniques
- Strong customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling experience
- Flexibility to work weekends, early mornings, and holidays
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
