Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences at diverse events (festivals, conventions, concerts)
- Execute crowd control and safety protocols under supervision
- Manage event setup/breakdown procedures and equipment handling
- Assist with vendor coordination and operational logistics
- Maintain professional communication with team leads and clients
- Enforce venue policies and emergency procedures
- Document incident reports and operational feedback
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments
- Willingness to complete paid certification training (paid hourly)
