Responsibilities
- Execute seamless event setup and teardown for corporate, private, and public gatherings
- Manage guest registration, check-in, and VIP experiences with professionalism
- Operate audio/visual equipment, lighting, and stage elements
- Coordinate with vendors, security, and venue staff for synchronized operations
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures during events
- Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot on-site issues
- Maintain event branding standards and aesthetic integrity
- Document post-event reports and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays (required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
