Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during evening and weekend hours to ensure seamless workflow.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Monitor facility security, access control, and safety protocols.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure continuity of operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or operations preferred.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
