Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor technical systems during evening/weekend shifts with 99.99% uptime
- Respond to critical incidents with SLA adherence and root cause analysis
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless shift handovers
- Generate performance reports and optimization recommendations
- Maintain compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards
- Train junior staff on shift-specific protocols
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT operations or similar technical role
- Experience with on-call rotation and off-hours support
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Valid US driver's license for occasional on-site requirements
