Responsibilities
- Delight patients with compassionate evening/weekend care in our modern Boston facility
- Perform vital sign assessments and EKG monitoring during peak evening hours
- Assist with patient intake and documentation using our advanced EHR system
- Collaborate with overnight medical teams for seamless care transitions
- Maintain HIPAA compliance while handling sensitive patient information
- Support weekend vaccination clinics and health screenings
- Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked and sanitized for next-day operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA/MA certification preferred
- Availability for 3+ weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) and 2+ weekday evenings (4-10pm)
- Experience with EHR systems and patient monitoring equipment
- Exceptional communication skills in diverse healthcare settings
- Ability to remain calm and professional during high-volume evening hours
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
