Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care assistance during evening and weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Administer prescribed medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient transitions
- Maintain clean and organized patient care environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification or previous healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently during non-traditional hours
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Current CPR certification
