Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance and daily living activities
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under provider supervision
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications
- Current CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Valid CPR certification
