Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and patient updates
- Respond to emergency situations following protocol
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- Ability to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
