Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during evening/weekend shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Administer medications and treatments per physician protocols
- Document patient observations and care plans accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Support patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Current Florida nursing license (RN/LPN) or CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license
