Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and in-person interactions.
- Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the visual appearance and organization of the sales floor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
