Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude during evening and weekend hours.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Answer product inquiries and provide recommendations to drive sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor at all times.
- Stock inventory and ensure product displays are fully stocked and organized.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work evenings (e.g., 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM) and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
