Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks with precision and speed.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing lists to ensure accuracy and prevent shortages.
- Organize and stock inventory in designated zones to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Conduct daily safety checks and report any equipment malfunctions or hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Perform basic data entry and maintain accurate digital records of stock movements.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Willingness to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
