Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely load, unload, and move pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Inventory Management: Accurately sort, scan, and organize incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA guidelines and company safety policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Schedule Availability: Must be willing to work evenings (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and organization.
