Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting via email, chat, and phone channels.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries efficiently during evening and weekend shifts.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support (1+ years preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings (4 PM - 12 AM) and weekends.
