- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the morning team to resolve escalated issues and ensure continuity of service.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and software updates to provide accurate assistance.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical assistance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
