Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during evening shifts.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to resolve client problems efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and suggest process improvements to the team lead.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelorβs degree in Business or Communications is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM β 12:00 AM EST.
