Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and live chat messages with patience and accuracy.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide effective solutions or escalate to senior staff when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.
- Process Management: Assist in processing returns, exchanges, and order modifications during peak evening periods.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all company scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Team Coordination: Communicate daily challenges and successes to the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekday evenings (e.g., Monday to Friday, 4 PM - 10 PM).
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable navigating computer systems and using email/CRM software.
- Attitude: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Reliability: Punctual and able to commit to the scheduled shifts.
