Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear, step-by-step solutions to end-users.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical assistance (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
