Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls, emails, and live chats regarding services and account status during evening hours.
- Resolve Issues: Diagnose customer problems and provide immediate, effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Update Records: Accurately input data into our CRM systems to maintain up-to-date client profiles.
- Support Operations: Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing issues.

Qualifications
