Responsibilities
- Present menus and answer questions about menu items and restaurant operations.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system efficiently.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by monitoring dining experiences and addressing any needs or concerns immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including clearing tables and sanitizing service areas.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to work on feet for extended periods.
