Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service to guests during evening shifts
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining accuracy and timing
- Upsell premium wines and signature dishes to enhance guest experience
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers with precision
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during high-volume service
- Maintain immaculate table settings and dining area presentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience
- Excellent knowledge of wine, spirits, and food pairings
- ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
