Responsibilities
- Deliver attentive table service to 10-12 guests per shift
- Process food/drink orders accurately using POS system
- Coordinate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless timing
- Manage section cleanliness and table turnover
- Upsell seasonal specials and premium beverages
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- Must be available evenings (4 PM - 11 PM) weekends
- Basic cash handling and POS familiarity
- Superior communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Valid Florida alcohol service certification
- Positive attitude under pressure
- Team-oriented with guest-first mentality
- 18+ years old (required for alcohol service)
