Responsibilities
- Provide attentive table service and upselling of menu items
- Process orders accurately using POS systems
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food delivery
- Manage table assignments and maintain cleanliness
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile payments
- Assist with opening/closing duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Must be 21+ for alcohol service
- Basic math and POS proficiency
- Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
