Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, efficient table service during evening hours (5 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly recommend signature dishes and craft cocktails
- Process payments accurately using POS systems
- Maintain clean, well-stocked dining stations
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff during peak rushes
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Adhere to food safety and alcohol service protocols
Qualifications
- 18+ years old (alcohol service required)
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude under pressure
- New Orleans hospitality knowledge a plus
- Food handler certification preferred
