Your Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently during business hours.
- Manage the front desk area, including light cleaning, mail sorting, and managing the reception area to ensure it is organized and presentable.
- Monitor building security systems, including keycard access and visitor log management.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing tasks to maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Coordinate evening courier services and manage inter-office communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
