Responsibilities

- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Handle mail distribution, package logging, and courier services.
- Monitor building security and access control systems for the evening shift.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.

- Process expense reports and invoices for the management team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional receptionist certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during evening hours.
