Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and check-in guests during evening hours
- Manage phone communications and relay messages efficiently
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
