The Role:
As the Evening Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the professional image of our company while ensuring smooth front-desk operations during our evening hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations during evening hours, ensuring a welcoming and organized atmosphere for all visitors and clients.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails promptly, maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
- Greet visitors warmly, check them in, and notify appropriate staff members of their arrival.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and care.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the day shift team to ensure the seamless handover of daily operations and messages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is required.
- Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
