Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet guests and visitors warmly upon arrival, manage the reception area, and ensure a professional atmosphere at all times.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, screen and route inquiries, and take accurate messages for management.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, manage the appointment calendar, and perform light data entry to maintain accurate records.
- Security & Access: Monitor building security, manage visitor logs, and issue access badges to authorized personnel.
- Customer Relations: Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the common areas and reception desk.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate is preferred but not required for high-performing candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work Evening Shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM or similar).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, customer-centric demeanor.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
