Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during evening shifts
- Handle high-volume phone calls and manage reservation systems efficiently
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and service excellence
- Assist with event coordination and VIP guest requests as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or hospitality reception role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
