Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume front desk operations during evening shifts (5 PM - 1 AM)
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional professionalism
- Handle multi-line phone systems and route communications efficiently
- Schedule appointments using EMR systems and manage patient records
- Process incoming payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of front desk or reception experience
