Join our award-winning healthcare team as an Evening Patient Care Coordinator at Oakland Community Health Center. We're urgently seeking compassionate professionals to support our patients during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM). Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient appointments and intake procedures during evening shifts
- Manage electronic health records with precision and HIPAA compliance
- Assist with patient triage and urgent care coordination
- Support evening vaccination clinics and health screenings
- Collaborate with on-call providers for urgent patient needs
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and exam rooms
- Provide multilingual patient support (Spanish/Tagalog preferred)
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year medical office or healthcare coordination experience
- Evening/weekend availability required (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficient in EHR systems (Epic/Meditech preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish or Tagish certification
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Valid California Driver's License (for occasional outreach)
