Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM)
- Expertly manage 4-6 tables while maintaining order accuracy
- Process payments and reconcile cash drawers with POS systems
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar staff for seamless operations
- Upsell specialty menu items and beverages
- Maintain pristine dining room standards
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
Qualifications
- 1+ years restaurant serving experience preferred
- Philadelphia food handler certification required
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast, Square)
- Flexible availability including weekends
- Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
