Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours (4 PM - 10 PM)
- Process orders accurately and efficiently using our digital POS system
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience
- Manage payment transactions and reconcile daily receipts
- Maintain immaculate dining stations and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams during peak hours
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of restaurant or hospitality experience
- Flexible availability Monday-Sunday (evenings only)
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to stand/walk for 6+ hours
- Strong communication and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
