Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly with warm, professional demeanor
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems
- Prepare and serve meals/drinks with attention to presentation
- Manage payment processing efficiently and securely
- Maintain clean dining areas and sanitize tables between guests
- Collaborate with kitchen/bar teams for seamless service
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns proactively
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Availability for evening shifts (4 PM - 11 PM), weekends required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Food safety certification a plus
- Must be 18+ years old
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's Card (or ability to obtain)
