Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional table service during evening hours with warm professionalism
- Expertly manage guest orders using our POS system with 100% accuracy
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely
- Maintain pristine dining areas and impeccable cleanliness standards
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and bar teams for flawless execution
- Upsell premium menu items and beverages to enhance guest experience

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year fine dining or upscale restaurant experience required
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak evening shifts
- TAMS certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities
- Must pass background check and possess reliable transportation
- Knowledge of wine/beer pairings preferred
