Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences during weekend check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Manage front desk operations including reservation systems and guest inquiries
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless service delivery
- Execute weekend event setup and breakdown for private functions
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions accurately
- Contribute to weekend inventory management for amenities and supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-10pm)
- Proficiency with reservation systems (Opera, Cloudbeds preferred)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid California Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional communication skills in English; bilingual a plus
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Professional appearance and SF-based transportation access
