Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and manage electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Coordinate patient intake processes and verify insurance information
- Assist with patient triage and basic clinical procedures under supervision
- Provide compassionate support to patients and families during evening hours
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain strict confidentiality of patient health information (HIPAA compliance)
- Support facility operations during evening shifts including inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
